Earlier today ... traditional ways (Ostrobothnia) made ... small common whitefish/lavarets on fire (fished from lake near by).
+ Lapland's almond potatoes (from our own field).
+ cream sauce
+ fresh salad
I had harvest grain and nut pancakes and a turkey bacon omelette at ihop this morning.
Striploin steak done rare on the BBQ. Some grilled vegetables (zucchini, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms) Some boiled Cob corn. A cold IPA to wash it down.
The last thing I ate was a milky way candy bar.
Not eating anymore ...time to go bed. Earlier today some venison:
The best potatoes, tomatoes, herbs etc. comes from own land (vegetable garden) and the best meat from forest (nearly by).
