Well there more like mini-cakes than cookes persay. You have the flour, chocolate and raspberry jam and/or apricot jam. You would enjoy them I think, although they might be a little hard to come by outside of New York or such thoug.. otherwise local bakeries or supermarket bakeries should carry them. I go to the local Bensonhurst Italian bakeries, the few that are still around yet to get the best quality pastries and cakes, these kinda things are a weakness of mine but what the heck.

I drove to Alabama just to get ahold of some lovely green tomatoes the other day with which I made me some of my own fried green tomatoes covered in homemade remoulade. I'm extremely pleased with myself. They taste as marvelous as they look
