    I would have to agree with this. That's pretty much my stance as well. I am glad that certain cultural practices, such as torture are no longer in use as much as they used to be, on the other hand I find it sad that other cultural practices are no longer preserved. As a cultural Christian, I believe in moral absolutism, however I tend not to judge others, unless they engage in practices that harm others. I am mostly concerned with Germanic, and by extension European culture.
