There are many, but right now Neo-Renaissance and Art Nouveau come to mind immediately.

Half-timbered post and beam construction. If I were building a new house I would have it built using this method.

The neo-roman and neo-gothic styles are my favorites. They allow for the construction of huge, modern, functional buildings, while inscribing themselves in a continuity in the European landscape.

Those two styles are very versatile and could be used for any kind of buildings, whether public, private, religious, governmental, residential, etc. Many cities still have buildings from the late XIXth century built in those styles.

They are also more Germanic/Celtic/Slavic in nature than the Greco-Roman classical architecture than is systematically used for official buildings.

Also, such buildings last forever, with very little maintenance.

I like the spooky looking gothic buildings and castles. They have to be made of stone. A lot of American gothic houses are made of wood. In countries like England and France, they're mostly made of stone and bricks. There are some gargoyles and other stone head features attached to them.

Another classical-yet-modern architectural movement was the Heimatschutzarchitektur of the first half of the 20th century. This was used more for minor buildings (while neo-roman and neo-gothic were used for major buildings).

It seems the Heimatschutzarchitektur picked up in the early 1900s, right when neo-roman and neo-gothic were getting out of fashion.

Concurrently there was also the Brick Expressionism from the 1920s-1940s, which was decidely modern and much uglier, but is part of the typical Third Reich aesthetics.

And then from the 1950s on, nothing of quality was built anymore. They started to do almost everything out of concrete (and now almost everything is made of glass and metal).

Many, but apart from the unrivalled refinement of gothic cathedrals, timber framing and post-and-beam constructions, and not only for the exterior. The style allows for building incredibly beautiful interiors as well. You can feel the connection with the “outside world” right at home. Like in a gothic cathedral.

Despite the numerous failed attempts, I find the neo-futurism style promising and aesthetically pleasing, especially for administrative buildings.

Not sure how I can classify the Swiss farms from the Bern region, but the style is certainly a good candidate for my favorite.
