What my mum looked like. I have only one, out of focus old picture of her left. She died a long time ago now, but I still and always will miss her. It`s hard to remember sharply enough what she looked like.

On a lighter note though, I have an appalling memory in everyday life and forget things all the time.

I double-back frequently for my umbrella, my toothbrush, my mobile phone charger, my glasses, my sunglasses; the sort of accoutrements you need if you are planning to stay out very very very late.

You just listed all the things I was thinking off

I'm also hopeless at remembering to take my contacts lens case and solution anywhere with me and I have spent many an uncomfortable night sleeping in them because of this.

A very normal one I'm sure is that I always forget where I put things, but I can remeber that I put it somewhere special that I was guaranteed to be able to find it! Thankfully these things always seem to come out of the woodwork, even if it is 3 months after I lost them!
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

I never forget anything. I keep all important facts and memories in a nice little vault in my brain that is so secure even I cannot access it.

Important facts include, but are not limited to:
    Where I put things.
    Where I was going.
What I was doing...sometimes while in the middle of it.
    What it was I forgot.
    mtDNA - H_7_a (ftDNA) H_7_a_1 (23andme)

    23andme: 99.73% European, .27% African
23andme V3 update awaiting use, got a kit for mom too.
