I believe I can remember being in the womb and being born.

While in the womb I can remember being woken with a start by the sounds of raised voices above me. I presume it was my parents having an argument.

While being born I remember the labour process lasting a seemingly interminable length of time. After an eternity being pushed and squeezed I eventually emerged into blinding light and was lifted up. Then I remember receiving my first welcome into the world, a sharp slap which didn't make me cry, and then another one, a quite nasty little slap, that did make me cry.

I then remember feeling vulnerable and uneasy for an extended period before being placed on my mothers stomach some time later and hearing her voice speaking in a reassuring tone. At that point I felt fairly secure again but not as much so as while in the womb.
Close observation may result in feelings of horror, wonder and awe at world you find yourself inhabiting.

I believe I remember being born.

My next memory is being in my crib, laying on my back, being terrified of the mobile dangling above me, worried it was going to fall on me.

Mercifully killing a crippled pigeon in the backyard of my parent's home at the age of two.
Aside from an ever increasing number of mortals who have willfully chosen to worship Satan and his minions, our battle has always been against the powers and principalities operating surreptitiously throughout this twisted world.
