Ladies which Goddess do you feel you connect with?

This is a question that a sister asked me yesterday, and straight away i said Morrigan but could never understand why i felt such a bond with this particular Goddess, my sister is so good at putting everything in perspective for me lol...

My Friend on why i relate to Morrigan : I think its because she knows that you see the balance between black and white, life and death, and understand one can not be without the other and that we need both states, war to have peace. You are not a hater or a black mooded person or war like, but you can give into liking them because you recognise they are as important as light, peace etc and although neither of us do anything dark or sick or twisted, it seems sometimes you're more into shadows the the sunlight,but one can not exist without the other and the world needs people like us

My interest/worship of Norse paganism for a start & the personality traits of Goddess Skadhi resembles mine the most. Her vengeance, strength, deep, silent wisdom...yet always ready for a battle,...her colour black, her stone onyx & jet, her day Saturday, true to cause, original, & mistress of dark magic...... ..she hunts on skiies...(I have a passion for ice skating...)...ha ha.. ..being light hearted here... ......no but seriously I admire her immensely & use her spirit for strength & meditation....many of my friends have said I suit the name/persona of Skadhi, it has stuck to this day.


I want to know why Njord feels a connection to her?.. ...shouldn't Njord feel closer to Njordhr?...ha ha (...no I am not going to marry you!...it would never work out...ha ha ha ha )..poor Skadhi misguided by the Gods...she wanted Baldr....

Seriously I have always been akin to Morrigan for strength and wisdom. Personally, this goddess would be in line with Thorburn somewhat.
