Your Hair Type & Your Hairstyle

So I was wondering, how do you do your hair? What's the length of your hair and what's your current hairstyle? I have long hair and like to wear it loose, however from time to time I tie it in a pony tale or take two sections and braid them.

My hair is about shoulder-length. I part it on the side, curl it with a hot iron and then brush out the curls with a Victorian brush (older bristles work better) so they turn into waves and it looks soft. I get told it looks like a 40s haircut. Women and men compliment it a lot and often ask me if my hair is naturally curly/wavy. All that time in front of the mirror pays off I don't wear my hair up mainly because I don't know of any up-dos I can pull off.

My hair is real long, longer than its ever been. Its naturally curly too When I was little I hated having curly hair,I wanted straight hair, even though strangers continued to stop my mom in public & comment on my hair, the most common comment I heard was...Its the color of a penny. Then as I got older I noticed a lot of Women dyed their hair,to try to get it my color, then I noticed a lot of Women curled their hair to make it curly,or they got perms, which I have never had, then I realized I loved my hair So to answer the question I usually just wear it down & curly unless I am doing something productive at home,I would pull it up

Shoulder length and it falls in it's natural part--which is slightly off center. I usually where it tied back in a loose ponytail.

I tell the barber to cut it short at the sides and back, square neckline, long fringe (bangs in US parlance afaik), I don't bother combing a parting it just does it's own thing. Guess it's a "foppish" haircut.

My hair is long and reachs the Middle of my Back. I always wear it as a Ponytail and have the Hair on my Head as Center Part.

It's long and straight with an uneven cut. Have a few bangs in a gradient length on the left side... accident with Mom attempting to curl my hair. Curling irons + my hair = not a very pleasant outcome.

I typically just wear my hair as it is, wash it, brush it, and it's done. A while back they advertised this thing on the television called "Part pizzaz". It was essentially a pair of blunt scissors and some stencils one would use to create "interesting" parts in their hair. People still ask me if I use it. Never have and probably never will. I rarely try to put a straight part into my hair, people tend to be a little shocked when I do. I have the kind of appearance that is complimented by a zig-zag or other unconventional part. It makes it look like I "do" my hair, even though I actually "don't" it.

I finally found some steam-set foam curlers that work wonders, if I feel like using them. I like to do a few small curls, and because my hair is so long, the curl usually stays at the end of each strand. So my hair looks smooth and straight with a small coil on the end.

Braided pigtails is a style most people like on me, but unless I have someone French braid them for me, they create a "buffer" over my ears and I can't hear as well as I'd like to.

If I'm doing something sweaty, I'll put my hair up into a... I guess a crumbly bun. A ponytail isn't good enough for me, if I'm going to get sweaty, I'm not going to have my hair clinging to my back like a soft snake. It's all got to be up on my head, otherwise I'm not game.
Polygamy: it might not be for you, but what right do you have to keep it from me?

Mine is medium length, a bit layered to give it some volume.

During the winter I mostly wear it loose.

During the summer time where I can't stand sweating down my neck, I usually pull it up in ponytail or braid it on the sides like Pippi.

I keep mine shaved, though I let it grow out a little for insulation when the weather gets too cold.
