    Ever since I stopped growing at about age 16, I have consistently weighed in at anything between 88 kg (193 lbs.) and 95 kg (209 lbs.), with one exception after I initially quit smoking combined with a bronchitis which had me go up to 109kg (240 lbs.) momentarily.

    I haven't weighed myself for almost 2 months, but the last time I weighed myself (around mid-September) I weighed about 93.5 kg (205 1/2 lbs), though I believe I've lost a little since then, so a conservative guess would be that now I weigh about 88-90 kg (193-198 lbs.), which I expect to increase a little again in the near future as I have (finally!) recently restarted to properly exercise.

    Either way, it seems like a fairly healthy weight (with a wee bit of fat -> muscle exchange needed in the next few months) for my height (186.5 cm / about 6' 1.4'')

    I broke 200 lbs. when I was 14. I've been as high as 275 when trying to put on weight for strongman competitions, now I'm about 235. There are huge unreduced cromagnids on both sides of my family, and my mom is six feet tall at age 61. You should see these grocery bills.

    70kg (154lbs) for 5-11. Lean to average I'd guess. A lot of Englishmen lack lateral builds and are quite skinny.

    I'm 150 lbs at 6ft1ish or so. I tend to be rather slim, and if I put on weight I quickly lose it. I have fine bones but broad shoulders. Very atlantid build.
