Cheddar is my fav and all I need.
The good thing about cheddar is that you can get it virtually everywhere.

No offense Alfadir, but I bought that cheese several times in a red wrapper, each occasion hoping it would be more enticing. Sweet cheese? That's weird.

Blue Stilton from England, Munster from France, Colby Jack from America, Havarti from Denmark, Limburger from Germany. I can eat them all the time and not be tired of any.

I used to buy Tillamook from Safeway when I lived in Arizona. I've got to say, however, that I'm not really impressed with West Coast cheeses, apart from Colby Jack or Monterey Jack. Although I was raised on Vermont cheese, I'd have to agree that Wisconsin makes the best.

I used to say that, but they have the most varieties and traditions of any dairying region.

I believe I bought that brand once.

My great-grandfather's grandfather and aunt used to make this:

My great-grandfather was a milkman too, lol. I personally have only stocked a dairy cooler.
