    I like havarti or feta.
I envision a world where people dawning long white robes and elaborate headdresses run rampant down the streets, waving their arms in the air while screaming "we've gone mad, we've gone mad", like defrocked monks breaking the silence of ages past.

Spoonblade: Sharper than a knife and twice as deadly.

This is a great topic actually! I like Ricotta and Feta the most. Fresh sliced mozzarella is good as well(Not store bought type that you just garnish on an Italian dish or throw on a pizza). I could list more cheeses, but those are my three favorites. The only problem is that it probably should have been put in the food and drink section, because I do not see people taking cheese as a drug. The only thing healthy about it is a good source of calcium.LMAO.

I never met a cheese I didn't like. Every now and then my family allows Limburger into the house. My mouth waters just thinking about that aroma. We can get some European cheese here through a speciality importer. European cheese is not make with bovine growth hormone as is the cheese and milk products in the USA. So, when I am at this importer's store, I just pick out something new and try it. No complaints so far.

You can't beat the hard Cheddar cheeses from England.
Red Leicester, Double Gloucester, etc. They're all good

Not sure there is any I dislike, I don't really like the bland, tasteless cheeses like Edam though.

    hard choice.
will go with dutch style (in USA usually gouda or edam), oude belegen (old-aged).
though i like everything from havarti and tilsit to danish blue, raclette and parmaggiano.

    cheers,

I don't like all the "fancy" cheeses...I am content with my Canadian Cheddar (St. Albert cheese rules!)

I get cheddar from Canada but it's more expensive than from Vermont. Also, I am trying Grand Marnier English cream from the Devon Cream Company.

Probably the worst cheese I've tried is Kraft's Cheese Slices.
It's not cheese, it's just tasteless rubber.

I've also heard of "spray-on cheese" on American TV shows.
That doesn't even bear thinking about.

    Rubber cheese is a toy!
