Its too stupid merely to attack the Tories en masse -- this guy, Enoch and countless others prove that good people do exist in it .If there is to be any progress at all , they will be needed -- together with patriots from the labour side. (Liberals are beyond hope!)

They correspond roughly to the 'RINO' branch of the Republican party, people like Romney, Giuliani, and Schwarzenegger. To my knowledge, neither the UK nor Europe in general has much of a gun rights or evangelical Christian movement, and about 40% of the Republican party (people like Tancredo, Hunter, Bilbray, Hunt, Inhofe, Paul, etc) would roughly correspond to 'right wing/nationalist' parties in Europe such as the SVP (Swiss) and Vlaams Belang (Flanders/Belgium), as would some old-style dixiecrats like senator Byrd (in his case, being more similar to populist parties like the BNP).
