How's the Weather in Your Area?

I am curious about the current weather conditions in other countries, germanic as well as not. In Greece it's still 'let's go for a swim' (+27 celcius, 67% humidity), albeit slightly cloudy for the first time this year. It might rain later on tonight.

    How about yours? :p

Good thread, I'm quite interested in weather

Well now, at 10pm, it's about 4 degrees celsius, although it was in the mid teens during the day. There could well be a frost tonight, as in the last few mornings, during one of which the temperature dropped to -1.

Days have been a bit of grey and a bit of sunshine, with the occasional rain shower. It's predicted to get to 24 later this week, then two days after it will be cold with showers and hail; the weather here in the state of Victoria (I'm from the south-western part of the state) can be something of a rollercoaster at times, even more so in summer. Occasionally you can get a scorching summer day in the low 40s celcius (often with a hot wind blowing) followed by a grey, blustery day in which the temp. never rises above the high teens.

As far as the seasons are concerned, October down here is equivalent to your April in the Northern Hemisphere.

Well, it has rained on and off today here in Finland, and the sky still looks dark and threatening. Last time I was out, it was 12 degrees.

It's the beginning of October and we're still at 80 F/27 C this week. Damnit, I hate this hot weather. I like it when it's moderately cool, like in Spring and Fall.

    Anyways....speaking of weather LOL!

It's unseasonally warm here but it won't last. I was looking at the winds earlier and it will cool down next week, in my opinion.

Unseasonably warm. It's around 80 degrees...could be global warming, but who knows.

Here, in Minnesota, in October it's been unusually warm. Temperatures have been peaking in high-80s (F) and the lows are usually in the high-40s (F). We've been getting a lot of rain and it's been pretty humid as well with humidity levels at 70%. Not the typical October I'm used to.

In Ireland at this time of year, the weather is... changeable!

If we have fine, clear weather, there might be a touch of ground frost in the mornings, as we had one day last week. If it's more humid then mist or fog is fairly common especially in marshy areas. Saturday and Sunday for instance saw very foggy conditions over much of the country with the fog not burning off until after midday.

Today the weather is fairly warm for the time of year, with maximum temperatures at 19 or 20 C and lowest about 9 C.
