I like hard alcohol most of all. I go mostly for Smirnoff Vodka. Gets the job done right quick, and there aren't any bad sugars to give wicked hangovers.

As for beer usually anything German, but esp. Loewenbrau, Franziskaner.

I also enjoy gin and tonic, Bombay London Dry gin. Whiskey (uisge Gaelic for "water" amusingly enough) contains sugars which can cause splitting headaches.

I used to drink a lot of wine, but that affects my throat too much and leads to yucky hangovers.

The basic staple of an occasion when alcohol is consumed, would be beer en masse, the kind that comes canned and cheap, but poured into a glas for the feel and sophistication . My palet simply isn't worth blowing money on expensive brands since I can't taste differences that go beyond "bitter" and "watery" anyhow.

A glas of whiskey (i.e the generic kind which is found at parties) can be rather pleasant after a few beers, and I have been known to drink a few vodka drinks in the past, but I stay clear of hard liquors mostly, it's easy to overdo it when it tastes like lemonade and drinking it straight is to invite trouble on my part as I have a rather low tolerance level.

Wine is pretty horrible, I couldn't down a glas of it.

At the times I do drink alcohol it's mainly Sailor Jerry rum mixed with Coca-Cola or orange juice.

Another drink I like is English Mead.

I don't like beer, hate wine. I enjoy a good bourbon and whiskey. I like Jack Daniels, Makers Mark and am really fond of Templeton Rye made in Iowa.

My poison is Starbucks. I can barely go a day without a latte from there.
All things must come to the soul from it's roots, from where it is planted. The that is beside the running water is fresher, and gives more fruit.

You have Kronenbourg in Norway ?

My favorite beverage is blond beer with "Amer bičre" (literally "bitter beer", which is a 18% preparation with oranges, gentian and some secret spices).

    (E Fischer's bier met Wolfsberger's Amer bičre, 100% Elsässisch )

Otherwise I like amber, blond and white beer, pure Jägermeister and pure slightly aromatized Vodka.

Akvavit and Absinthe are my favorite liquors. They are pretty different from each other as far as taste goes but they are both really distinctive. I have several beers/ales that I really like but Franziskaner Weissbier, Flying Dog, and Chimay are my favorites. I like red wine but whenever I drink it I have really strange dreams so I stick to Riesling.
