Since the 90's show Twin Peaks, I've always had a thing for this attractive actress. SNAP had her classified as North-Atlantid I believe? I'm unsure as to her natural hair color. What do you people think?

Please give subrace. She was born in Augsburg, but I guess she must have been an american army-brat. She is 1.66 tall. She married Neil Diamond's son and gave him a kid. She is naturally blonde or light brown haired.
