    It's hard to say, as I've never really kept track of it, but a few months ago I was able to lift 200 kg (one rep) in my strongest range (only the last 10cm).

    I might check it one of these days.

    "slovenja" was the settelment of the Langobards = Germanics/Teutons. "Poland" of the Goths and East-Vandals ect. ect. What do "slavs" tell us about their origin?
    Some silly story that they originate from some swamps in the east and popped out of no where into history.

    I think hGH is one of the most inefficient drugs. It has more receptors in internal organs than in muscles, so it's good if you want to have big heart and guts etc. + it's very very expensive
    The amount that you would have to take to start experiencing effects to the extent that you refer to would basically be unfeasible to acquire full stop, and even if you did know of somewhere that could supply that number of iu's per day, who could afford it!!

    I'm talking about amounts so minute (2-3iu a day?) that some might feel you would gain no effects at all. of course when they can synthesize Insulin like growth factors that actually work, we can skip that step then. Seen the pictures of the Myostatin inhibitor loaded cows? Think they're called "Belgian Blues" look them up for a laugh! One day bodybuilders will push it to that level, and cruch their own ribcages when they tense their chests, haha!

    Anabolic hormones = dumb, blunt tool equivalent to using a femur bone as a paint brush.

    If and when they manage to develop working myostatin blocking drug for humans, anyone can become strong with little or no training

    I am pretty strong for my age, but I can only bench about 120 lbs. I am curling with 30 lbs. now though. I am not so sure about the metric conversions.

    I weigh about 104 kg. I work in the fishing industry, well up until about a month ago, hauling fish and working nets and ropes. Hard work. Here is a pic of me without a shirt the background altered of course. I have to go play daddy

    Hi!

    My weight is 92 kg. I bench 125 kg. I think I could bench more.. but I try to combine weight lifting and fight sports. I do box. And it affects my bench pressing results . My kyokushin karate trainer benched 175 kg and his weight was 92 kg.
