    360 ?! incredible Hulk !? well, all is relative obviously : if one trained himself all the day it's normal (my max is three days per week ) . Although i knew one who benched almost 400 lb. in my gym (180 kg.). He looked like a gorilla............

    I've done 5 reps with 110kg. I'm more concentrated to legs.

    How long have you trained on regular basis?

    I began my training 4 years ago, and i work at gym 3 days for week except in summer. (I repeat there's a big difference between bench press and olympic bar). about legs my max was 420 lb. (200 kg.) about.

    Lie down, lower the bar on your chest, push up. That's bench press, but what is olympic bar?

    Excuse me, i've made a mistake : i mean the difference between the "machine" press and the simple iron bar with two disks to the extremities ( sorry !!)

    Oh yes, I think it may be a bit easier on the machine

    Notable easier, it's not necessary to "balance" nothing on the machine

    I bench pressed 275 at 15, I weighed about 168-172 depended on the day. I actually broke a canadian bench pressing record and was on my way to an event in montreal but I fractured my wrist, when it healed I was 16 and the weight for my age and weight had gone up like 20 or 30 more pounds so I gave it up.

    My max bench was 305 clean without a spot, or bump of the chest. I was 18 though and i weighed around 200 pounds. With a spot(basically hands on the bar) i could do 315, 4-5 times in those days.

    Now i'm about 168-172 again and I bench 255 but i don't weight lift much for extreme strength, I do go to the gym once a week to do weight but i mostly play indoor socer now. If I could give one peice of advice i'd say work on your legs your bench will explode.
