    Yep, that's what I meant.

    Just too report my bench now stands at 285 without a spot, using free weight without a bounce and all that good stuff.....and no f*ck**g bench shirt i'm also tipping in the scales at 160-61 lbs at night in the morning i'm around 157-59lbs. My goal is to reach 350 then maintain, but the funny thing is i'm now only doing push-ups I'll report back sometime when I remember too.

    I did 215 last month although now I'm more focused on more reps and running. I'm 5'9 and 180 pounds.

    Casually benching 135lb and weigh 130lb. I can easily get higher and am no where near my max, I just ran out of weights a while ago and just a week or so ago bought more...

    I am by no means a gym frequenter, but I remember back in high school (age: 16) I took a semester of weightlifting, and conditioning my max on bench was 320 lbs at the end. That was the last time I was really in a gym. With a month or two of going to a gym I could probably raise that a fair bit, and max higher now.

    Alright, I weigh 160lbs and I maxed out a few days ago at 210lbs. Slowly but surely I'm moving up .

    You're doing pretty good for 15. I started working out at 15 and could only really lift the bar, now that's a weakling.

    Update I lifted 225 one time last night.
