Currently not but I am thinking of starting target practicing on the 8th of September (my birthday). Does this count as a sport?![]()
It will be my first time, shooting.
In the past I've only tried wind surfing a couple of times :p
I used to play Volleyball from time to time, but I abandoned it since I had no time anymore - and I lost fun, honestly.
So nowadays I do swimming, biking and, only during winter of course, Skiing. And I like Skiing far the most.![]()
I do Skiing since I was a small child. My dad was a Ski-trainer during vacations in winter in his younger years, so I´m quite good in Skiing. Thats the advantage if you life only some kilometres away from the biggest Ski region of Europe, the Alpes. :p

I practice regularly BOXE and i go regularly to the Gym (weight lifting)........i tried to practice RUGBY, some months ago.
to train Boxing (and Rugby in the past) i usually run 3 times per week (10 km per day)
to finish.......i practice scube diving (if it counts as sport), and during winter, my big passion......SKIING !
In the future i have in mind to practice rock climbing (i alreadty do normal trekking).

Rugby (Prop forward)
American Football (Middle linebacker)

I don't play any team sports anymore though, knee and shoulder injuries at a pretty young age (I'm only 21 now :/ )

Now, at 60, most of my activity is hiking and my own workouts. I plan a beach trip later this month for some body surfing and boogy boarding. I still have a surfboard but have not used it since 1989 when I left the coast. As a teenager I did many sorts of watersports which are hard to get out of your system.
