UFC's Conor McGregor 'Punches Elderly Man'

Conor McGregor filmed punching 'elderly man' in Irish pub

Conor McGregor is once again back in the headlines for the wrong reasons.

With a video emerging on Thursday, originally obtained by TMZ Sport, McGregor appears to strike an ‘elderly man’ in The Marble Arch Pub in Dublin following a dispute over the former champion’s whiskey brand.

With the incident allegedly taking place on April 6th, McGregor appears to offer a round of whiskey to the pub’s patrons but takes exception to one man who is not interested.

While it is currently unknown whether words were exchanged following the unidentified man’s refusal, McGregor proceeds to strike the man before being dragged out of the pub.

TMZ state that the incident was reported to police at the time and that while an announcement that an investigation was ongoing was made in April, the result and whether it is still ongoing is currently unknown.

McGregor’s latest fracas marks the second time the 31-year-old has been involved in an altercation this year. The Irishman was arrested and charged with strong-armed robbery and criminal mischief in March of this year after allegedly taking a man’s phone and smashing it on the ground in Miami Beach, Florida. The charges against McGregor were eventually dropped after the accuser had “been made whole” by McGregor out of court.

I think he's now becoming an embarrassment to the sport!
