I used to love Carcass. I've only got 'Symphonies of Sickness' on CD now (don't know what happened to my copy of 'Reek of Putrifaction').
I saw them several times in the late 1980s/ early 90s; the first time I could hardly take my eyes off the projector screen behind the drum kit. Revolting images.
Their lyrics were also very well-written.
    I'm amazed they're still going.

Well, actually they're not. They broke up in '96 if I'm remembering correctly! Great band indeed, although I'm not to fond of their earlyest albums as they contain too much grind for my taste, but ofcourse it's something completely else for you who was there to live the tale while it was going on!
Swansongs is more riff-based and more groovy so to say, more like a less pompous version of heay metal with harsh vocals (if that made any sense =P).

My favorite album was always Necroticism: Descanting the Insalubrious.
Carcass was always a favorite of mine, even up to Heartwork, which I still think is a great album.

    Re-Released in 2006, http://www.metal-archives.com/release.php?id=67851
obviously it has no other name than "Furze".
The first track has got a quite eccentric melody to it, wich was the reason I bought it you could say.

Ahh, yes. I've heard it before I think.

    Bought some cd's today.

    Cage - Darker Than Black
Finally I have it original. I couldn't find it anywhere or with a very high price. But this one was only € 4,99 so that's great

    Pathos - Katharsis
    Great band, great album!
