Manuel Venderbos looks quite exotic for a Dutch person IMO:

His name strike me as non-Dutch and non-Germanic, but naturally I can't be sure; is his name Dutch in your opinion?

IMHO, if his pigmentation was imagined to be darker, he would pass a stereotypical Italian. His facial features are pretty much classic Mediterraean.

So, Med + CM pigmentation (red hair and general rufosity).

Straight, broad and rather high forehead; moderately broad-faced; deep robust chin and wide mandible; some features are more delicate and slightier than usual in UP.

Compare him with this Albanian Borreby type:

An Albanian from the clan of Shoshi in the isolated mountain tribe of Dukagin. This man is a blond giant with a broad, heavy-boned body; his face is shorter than the width of his mandible. The unreduced Upper Palaeolithic character of the local mountain type is clearly seen in this individual.

Lissu, excuse me if i'm frank, but your classification "style" is a bit.....childish. You're too influenced since you already know his nationality (you shared the same attitude in my personal classification thread i presume ).

But afterall is a very common error..........to have a better classification, nodoby sohuld know (in advance) the nationality of the person to classify. (academic principle, but very often forgotten)

The man in question could "pass" easily for a dozen of different northeuropean nationalities. Stop.

IMHO his lips, nose, lower eyelids look southern European. Probably other things which I'm picking up subconsciously on. He could pass for Scottish or Danish or whatever, but that's because of his colouration.

Good point, subtle differences made up by environmental factors and the racial composition, varieties and their frequency in a given regional create "Lokaalformen" of a particular race and their main characteristics transfered over a population in a distinct region produces a "Gautypus", superimposed over the local somatic types or races.

So the question is if he represents some Campanian Gautypus, barring his remarkable pigmentation, or simply an odd re-emergence of Goth, Lombard or/and Norman biological heritage as each of these peoples conquered and seized control over Campania?

This is exoticism, but the reversed way...Well you know usually the darker is the most exotic, while in Iberia the contrary is true too.
Kiko doesn't sound like a Spanish name, does it? eyes:

He (Mads Mikkelsen) looks mixed, look at his eyelids, don't they look funny to you?

 He doesn't look like he comes from Europe at all!
