OK, lets say I have to immigrate from the USA. My first pick would be the West Coast of Australia. Someplace near the tropics but not too far north. I like dry, warm weather and warm ocean temperatures. If I was accepted there, all I would have to do is learn Australian English and Australian culture which does not sound that difficult.

Yes. Given the circumstances in Greece...

I have thought of migrating to a more organized, "civilized", clean and spatious country. Sweden, Switzerland, or even some decent State of the U.S.

I am also looking for a scholarship to one of these places.

Yes, probably to the USA, or even Australia. I wouldn't mind either France or the Scandinavian countries, in spite of their political systems (which seem to be changing anyway). If it improved sufficiently I might consider returning to SA. I don't have any intentions of staying in England.

Why would you voluntarily live in Africa?

I think people who wish to live among their own kind are running out of places to go.

Well it's still a lovely place to live, so long as you steer clear of the blacks. And as I said, "if it improved sufficiently".

Steering clear of blacks? Well GOOD LUCK doing that while in AFRICA

New Zealand may be OK. But I'm bugged by the idea of living in Ruraltownville just to get away from the jabbering masses of multi-culturalism. What if I want to live in a big English-speaking city full of Europeans, and it must not be too hot or too cold and not too far away from the sea.

    LOL--welcome to my world. :p

Anyway sure, I've thought about leaving the US--Canada has parts that I like very much (Maritime provinces), New Zealand would be another nice option (although it's pretty god damned far away), Scotland has a certain draw or two as does Scandinavia. For me, it would be difficult as I'm very climate-specific: no hot places! Also, population density would have to be low (contrasting me with OEN) and yes, living amongts Europids is also a high priority.

Let's see--I have actually emigrated before: from New Hampshire to Vermont and then to Maine, back to New Hampshire, Maine again and finally back to Vermont (maybe for good). eyes:

That hardly what I would call emigrating eyes:. Try Indiana to Arizona to California to Arizona to Indiana to Arizona. There are counties in Arizona & California that bigger then Vermont or New Hampshire. It sounds like you haven't ventured more then maybe a hundred miles from where you were born.

Yes. The horrid weather conditions would be the primary reason, if it's not raining or windy then it's both. Summer is the only season I can take a decent promenade. The second problem is how everything is so distant from each other, you can't go anywhere without owning a vehicle which isn't affordable to me, and probably won't be in the near future. The third problem is the price of everything, I'm a student and quite low on funds. And lastly I'm finding this society less and less tolerable, everywhere I go I see some unfavourable consequences of multiculturalism(unfortunately such policies are also adopted here) and too many with such mindless lifestyles.

New Zealand would be a good choice.

You clearly have no idea how racially segregated South Africa still is.
