I am pescetarian, meaning I basically eat anything but meat including fish due to my unwillingness of being responsible for the death of someone I could not kill with my own hands unless it was definitely necessary for survival like a civilization collapse. I don't mind other people eating whatever they please I just find it hypocritical for people to not being willing to do what it takes to consume something but still order someone else " to go an kill a cow for them".

Yes; via choosing/purchasing products, checking and comparing different products's energy contents, controlling what I eat (and how much) etc. etc.

Organic milk 0% fat. It is pasteurized

but not homogenized (which has also been done to so called standard milks).

Good luck getting organic milk over here. People who try that over here get their farms raided.
I'm trying a "keto diet" basically cutting out carbs where possible. In the short time I've
tried it I've already seen results.

    Oh, why so?

If my parents would not have moved exactly to organic farming ... here would not be any farm and farm animals today. Of course they have another jobs too, but still. If I will continue this, I have some visions how I could develop it even further (like I have written in some another thread).

Its against FDA "health codes". The jews in charge of this country have been at war with small farmer for a century.
Besides if people were healthy how would they make money off of everyone being sick all the time?

Well ... I have said few times that I don't keep USA all the ways the World's greatest country (like some Americans believes). I value something there and those I don't ... bases on my own thoughts. I admit ... I sometimes criticize USA as I think USA could do lots of better ... having money, resources, skills, all ... the problems are internal structures and in system.
    Now FDA?
I agree with you. Your FDA is ''a joke'' vs ''Europeans'' BfR (= thank you Germans here). The latter one is much more reasonable. Just one example ... FDA has a list of chemicals (lets call that list here: Approved before year 1958). If FDA has approved one/some chemicals/compounds on that particular list (in history) ... it will not take those away from that ''approved list'' ... not even if the newer studied will/would show that one/some of those are carcinogen etc.

Nah ... FDA fits better to Trump's ''ideology'' .... a tool of trade policy. USA has used it against others. To protect USA's own production, companies, products (=> making it much more difficult for foreign companies products gets into USA's markets). One form of USA's own protectionism. A fair trade, eh? Pure political BS talks ...

It is not only that milk itself is healthier for humans (no antibiotics, via food what cows will eat, no homogenization process used, more A2 milk etc.)
For me ... it also means something how the cows will live. Here are tight standards set to organic milk production/farms: first of all veterinarians will control/check organic farms very often (and as we have left on or chosen this ''road'', we see them as our partners and not ''worrying'' control visits), every cow is checked (condition), we have moved to so called precautionary well-beings of cows .. away from the normal/traditional way (traditional: if a cow is not well => call veterinarian). Even so much that we have limited for real (needed) treatments of veterinarians per cow (maximum 1/year). Of course if one cow of ours would become sick we will treat it well ... for sure (but after 2. treatment that cow will not / can not produce organic milk anymore (at that year); just a normal milk. So that really puts us to do all ... to act proactive ways here (trying to keep cows healthy/well and not only treat them ok if they'll become sick.
What else? Cows have much more space in cow house, cows are able to walk outside daily bases (even incl. our winter time), the food cows will get/eat is specified and all cow feeds are organic ways produced, there are limitations of cows (numbers) vs field sizes etc. etc. Saying shortly: cows themselves will live much better ways. How much that will value to average consumer who'll pick up 1l milk carton in shop? Now or future? No idea, but I hope that the ethical matters (like this one) could become more important to more people in the future.

Pasteurization was made compulsory after raw milk was identified as a carrier for typhoid and tuberculosis in the early 20th century. It’s not a Jewish conspiracy. It’s the same story behind enriched flower and pellagra in the same period.
