Arrest of German nationalist Axel Reitz
On 07-26-2006 another comrade, Axel Reitz, was arrested and sent to one of “our” prisons. The entire national resistance movement, especially in West Germany, lost one of its most dedicated and committed activists and organizers. He was sentenced to two years and nine months.
Reitz´ first contacts to our resistance began back in 1996 when he was 13 yrs. old. Although he is only 23 yrs. old, he can look back on 10 yrs. of struggles in our movement with all of its disappointments and achievements. He became the victim of several attacks by our political enemies and moreover at the early stages of his activity faced oppression by the courts with sentences and fines for their well-known paragraphs 86, 86a and 130. Unfortunately his family kicked him out of the house after continuous terror campaigns by the AFA degenerates.
In 1999 he took over the leadership of the “Freie Kameradschaft Köln” after our comrade Siegfried Lutz, who is not forgotten, suddenly died. Later on the group name changed to “Kameradschaft Waletr Spangenberg”, in order to honor an SA-fighgter, who had been murdered by communists. In the same year Reitz was a founding member of the “Kampfbund Deutscher Sozialisten” (http://www.kds-im-netz.de) and went on to become a part of KDS´ organizers.
He always remained undaunted and dedicated, never absent from important marches and because of his rhetorical talents, he became a marvellous and much sought after speaker at events and marches.
Unfortunately one of his speeches at a march would be too much for authorities. He spoke about the insane plans to build a synagogue in Bochum, that should be built with taxpayers money! Many citizens supported his speech and felt it really needed to be expressed. While he was speaking Reitz quoted several excerpts from the Talmud in order to strengthen his argument.
The trial lasted for several days and it was obvious that under all circumstances, evidence or lack of, the judge wanted to pronounce the severest sentence possible. At times we had new hopes, for example when a Judaic-professor confirmed the Talmud quotations in Reitz´ speech, even though he was thought to be a witness for the prosecution! Despairingly the judge added that he himself owned a Talmud but was unable to find the quotations in question. “That may not be strange since there is a Talmud for non-Jews” the professor then explained. Even the judges assertion that the Talmud did not have his old meaning in modern times was in disagreement by the expert who had proven that the Talmud did indeed have his old and binding meaning for believing Jews (and who else goes to a synagogue?). But all in all it was in vain. In addition to another sentence Axel Reitz was sentenced to nearly three years in prison.
After being involuntarily moved to three different prisons within four months he now sits in Hagen. Those of you who want to show their support and solidarity to Axel Reitz are highly motivated to do so:
