How can you think she doesn't look like a religion? It doesnt make sense to me??? Despite that fact, this time I see significant Armenoid admixture in her, she could well off pass for a Balkanoid, Caucasian, or Anatolian perhaps if it werent for some features, and in certain cases her pigmentation.

From my experience the ending "berg" is much more common than the ending "burg" in Germany. The ending "burg" seems to be actually very rare outside the nobility.

Besides, in the region where I live there are some noble names with the ending "berg" which trace back to the Franks and Alemanni and not to Jews, f.e. the Württembergs (who were made kings under Napoleon) or the Fürstenbergs in Donaueschingen at the Danubian spring (who had a principality until 1806 near my home town )
I wouldnt know the origins of the Alemans (present day Germans), but I was told that the Jews had to spell BüRG with an E, to seperate them from Christian Germans.

As i mentioned, I do not know this for sure. Maybe you are right.

The Alemanni is a sub-tribe of the Germans. The Germans consist of several tribes: Saxons, Frisians, Franks, Thuringians, Bavarians and Alemanni.
The Alemanni settled in the South West (most of Württemberg, South Baden, Schwaben (Bavaria), Alsace, the german-speaking part of Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Vorarlberg in Austria. The Alemanni have a distinctive dialect which cannot be understood by all Germans and which is in turn divided by countless sub-dialects. The dialects differ from village to village quite substantially. A very interesting topic btw

But i am aware that in many countries Alemans stand for Germans which is not true though.

She is some kind of 'neodanubian.' She reminds me of the Olsen twins, who I always found "creepy." Of course she could be anything. She could be German, Jewish, Finnish, Turkish, Armenian, Lithuanian, Afghani, etc..

I just made the statement because the only Jews I know were Berg...and I have seen Germans with the sirname Burg...I also read that Jews were discerned from Germans by changing the spelling of the names. So I'm not clear as to which may be the real German spelling?

Trachtenberg is a dutch name, last names ending on -berg are very common here in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The German and Dutch language are close related to eachother, there are last names that are both German and Dutch. I dont know if Trachtenberg is besides Dutch also a German name, you should ask a German

According to this website her middle name is Christine which is not a common name amongst Jews.

That is so weird. I was just about to say that in my original post about her. The three of them really do resemble each other, in my opinion.

in any case shes small bodied, and has a larger head, this would be quite uncommon for northern and germanic women...so if is a non Jew she could either be from eastern europe or the south. i still say she has predominant armenoid characteristics...point is she could have any backround.

Berg ist german for mountain and Burg means castle. Both are common elements of german surnames. Trachten would mean garb or livery.

As mentioned before, Trachtenberg sounds like a southern german surname.
