From where do they know this Eyecolor?

@ Der Letzte; You seem to be assuming that there was once a time when blue eyes were unknown in Egypt, and that their presence there can only be due to the influence of northern invaders. But why? There was never a huge wall across the Old World preventing the movement of such traits. Millenia of black slavery has distorted Egypt's modern look, but it was always part of the Mediterranean world.
Blue eyes is an infantile thing, known almost everywhere [and among puppies and kittens, and probably other animals too].
One aspect we're not considering here, though, is the fact that Egyptians loved to import the blue mineral Lapis Lazuli [from Afghanistan, I think], which must have been very valuable and prestigious. Perhaps they might have used it on effigies of people who didn't actually have blue eyes themselves, merely for the 'effect' or to be 'fashionable'?

The builder of the pyramids where most likely Aryans in a sea of brownies.

The inbreeding seemed to be the attempt to keep the DNA pure.

Today the upper class in Egypt still shows often Aryan traits. Sadat changed the social structure with his communism so now you also can find those people in the lower strata of society.

During ancient times an influx of negroid workers/slaves were added. During the Islamic conquests a stream of Arabs came into the country. Later through white slavery another influx of Aryan blood entered the stream.

Add the Copts which are more like Jews and you get a nice picture of mix.

Egyptians are looked down at by Arabs.

How on earth could they possible be "Aryans" when the ancient Indo-European nomads were nowhere near Egypt at that time? (Also, out of all recorded Egyptian languages, none was IE).

It's debatable how Europid the ancient Egyptians were on a genetic level, and is still the subject of debates, but speaking of "Aryans" in this case is just un-intellectual.

Today the upper class in Egypt still shows often Aryan traits.
    Exactly what traits are those?

Egyptians are looked down at by Arabs.
The modern Egyptians are basically Arabs, although more negroid-admixed than the average Middle-Easterner.

Not to mention one of the most well known and loved pan-Arab leaders in history, Nasser, was an Egyptian.

From the percentages given, all I get is that he was R1b. It is a small piece of DNA. It would be more interesting to hear wider information on the DNA results.
