Rodskarl is the Finnish word for Swede and Dubhgall is the Irish word for Dane, although I've proven to have a Norwegian DNA lineage, since the known extent of my paternal ancestry has spanned from Varangians serving under Hardrada in Russia to the same King of Norway in Northumbria where Norse-Gaels form(ed) part of the same culture with others in Mann, Scotland and Ireland, although are otherwise reckoned as Finngall and from Lochlann.
My current avatar is from the Skadi selection and it is a shaded in map of all the North Sea lands of Germanic origin.
Been in nnj (North New Jersey) my whole life. Then moved south. Came back though but I have that nnjdownsouth for most social media type stuff.
