On the Methods and Results of Ethnology (1865)

Perhaps outdated, but what a great scholar Huxley was. Modern physical anthropology and even ethnology is so full of political correctness, and have not accomplished much more, that Huxley's essays (he covered many subjects, even on medical education) are truly awe-inspiring in comparison with the modern "science". Genetics is of course useful for many fields, but it cannot replace Forensic Anthropology. Parallell sciences can complement each other.
