    Oat porridge and applejuice.
    The ultimate breakfast!

Well lately a glass of milk and a pot of cottage cheese, gives me enough energy for my morning work-out.

Yes, lately just a yoghurt or some cottage cheese. An excellent source of protein.

    Lightbulb

Breakfast is the most important meal, so I have 10 ounces of crushed pineapple, then a 16 ounce can of peas (heated up), followed with a very large raw carrot, a very large handful of pasta with 4 ounces of chopped-up Turkey breast added after cooking, seasoned with pepper, powdered garlic, Olive oil, and un-pasteurized honey, then a banana for desert..

Yeah, it is quite a bit, but then I have always eaten like a horse.:animal-sm

We call it Oat Meal or Quacker Oats. Oats in apple juice...never thought of that. All this time I've only been making it with plain old water.: No bacon? Now that's a healthy breakfast. No wonder you Finns have such a long life expentancy.
