    How Did You Discover Nordicism?

I would like to know how everyone here learned about Nordicism. Also, I would like to know how those who worship the Norse gods came to do so.

I value the physical survival of all European subraces, this of course includes the norse subraces too. I have always had the belief that they were worthy of saving, as far as I can remember. I do not worship the norse gods.

Like Loki said, it was instinct for me too. I've always been drawn to the nordic way of life and to protect our values. To protect our countries from foreigners and those of our countrymen who has turned their back on us, our heritage.

I guess instinct. I'v been on "this side" as long as I can remember. It was a natural evolution I guess.

It was partly instinct, I believe, but it was largely because of reading McColloch's essays, and Loki and Nordhammer's posts on Skadi.

I got known to the ideas of "Nordicism" already 10-15 years ago through the study of National Socialism and generally the intellectual history of the 19th and early 20th century. I was rather contaminated by ideas of political correctness and saw racialism as something "bad", but was instinctively always attracted by those ideas. (My unreasonable prejudices were blown away then with the time--seems that "historical education" didn't have exactly the results at me which today's guards of public morality love to see.) I didn't dive deeper into and began to study systematically the primary sources of "Nordicism" until a few years ago.

Instinct and necessity. It's not fun and games, it's a matter of survival. Whites are a minority in the world and their continued survival is at stake, and Nords are specifically threatened among whites. Being an American this is doubly important, as America's fundamental foundation is Nordish, and this cannot be replaced by non-whites nor by non-Nords. Interwhite mixing is a lesser issue, but still important, especially since what passes for white these days is dubious.

I was always interested in my heritage and where I came from. So I started studying up on my celtic and germanic roots. Then I got curious about specific racial types and it lead me to Carlton Coon's work. And i've been interested in it ever since. As everyone else has said, it seemed natural to me.
