It is always perilous to pronounce a thing impossible in nature, lest it mutate into extistance just to spite you.

Still, Brown-eyed you say? A light amber (hazel) shade surely? If the individuals in question were female then it is likely that the hair was lightened artificially and if their hair was already dark blond the roots might not be that obvious.
If they were men I have no explanation except that blond hair can get a shade or two lighter when exposed to the summer sun.
Having said all that, I have never been to Lithuania, I would very much like to go there and see these anomalous indivuals for myself and enquire as to the nature of their condition.

Incidentally, modern linguistics are pointing to Baltic languages such as Lithuanian and Old-Prussian being the purest, most primitive form of Indo-Aryan language, closest to the the unified ancient tongue from which Slavics, Latins, Illyrians, Celts, Germanics, and whatnot sprang from. They have further speculated that the Pagan religion, which served as a justification for Rome to authorize the Teutonic Knights to fight the Baltics, and was the last major outpost of primeval European Pagan religion in modern times, was perhaps closest to the original beliefs of the primordial Indo-Aryan speakers. This of course does not indicate any proof of wider racial conclusions to be drawn from the appearance of modern day Baltic peoples, but it is definitely interesting to think about.
Were these last pagans literate? Were their beliefs or legends preserved?

Literature makes reference to the Baltics fighting in clan-based military units devoted to particular benevolent deities, and ferociously mauling the Christian Poles, sending them reeling to the south under the tenacity of their attacks across the flat, cold, wet SE Baltic terrain. I have not seen what the Old-Prussians called their deities, or the Latvians theirs, but the literature on the Teutonic Knights mentions that the grops of Lithuanians who were the worst to face, were the clans/units who fought under the banner of what they called Perkun, god of strife, war, and the thunderbolt.
Teutonic knights in armour against masses of well organised Barbarians rising out of the foggy marshes, or poring down from the cover of wooded hillsides to the sound of war-trumpets or the banging of mighty drums.
Of course I am against such inter-european conflicts, but it must have made an awesome sight all the same.

    Strange coincidence

About three years, I remember thinking to myself that brown/blue is better looking than blonde/brown. The former combination looks good, while the latter clashes.

I wish I knew, if I were able to come up with the cash to go back to University, and have access to the research library again, this would be something I would be interested in pursuing a PhD in. I am thinking about learning some basic Lithuanian for fun, and might do some more digging to see if not all of this last continental outpost of Northern European paganism was burned, or erased by zealous Christians. The mater of the Lithuanians undergoing a forced conversion by their King, in order to form a political union with Poland, and an alliance against the Teutonic Knights may mean that some of the information about the aboriginal Baltic Faith may have survived, the way Irish Christians noted down the traditional beliefs of their forbearers and actually stored them in the monasteries.

Too many mongrels die their hair and get colored contacts so they can look like us. The nordic nose is a better indicator of nordishness.

You're right about the hair and contact lenses, just look at Paris Hilton. But Louhi has a very valid point.

Paris Hilton is indeed an excellent example how much can be done to a person's appearance. Her nose is fake too, besides the rest of her.

I have never known some one to speak so much on their nose. Have you made postings of fotos yet? I want to see these golden nostrils and all...
