That person may have natural blonde hair, but it's been coloured/bleached.

she looks like an alpinoid with bleached hair and her lower lip looks suspicious. I have seen natural blonde hair with brown eyes, its nothing special and when it occurs, its mostly among mediterraneans. Eyes are much more important for defining Nordish ancestry.

I`ve seen brown eyes and blonde hair only in children, but their hair darkens into light brown/brown with age.

    LMAO - four eyebrows... :
I knew had this iranian girl working for me once - she had black fur on her body, particularly on her lower back. Nothing creeps me out more than dark, coarse body hair all over a persons body, be it a male or a female.
Hubby has really hairy legs, but the hair is blonde, which makes it not that bad.

Todesritter - I have eyebrows without colour, I have to dye them to know they`re there. Is that what you were referring to?
Every blonde person I know has that kind of eyebrows.

Blondes with brown eyes i have seen, but it's not nearly as common as with green/blue eyes. Brownhaired with blue eyes is pretty common, both my parents have this combo. Thats probably why my once superblonde hair is getting darker every year :

Yes, for instance, my high school prom date (prom is the major traditional dance occasion happening in American high schools), she was a good friend, but was ultra-blonde, and had absolute alabaster-white skin, so it was hard to make out her features where there was a transition from hair to skin. I could appreciate that she was an attractive person of Northern European ancestry, think her family was East Anglian, and smartest female in school from test scores, I did not personally find her attractive. I tend to like the darker hair, light eyed combo I see in many Germans or Scottish people, which I guess might make sense if you buy the theory that their own ancestry may influence people’s tastes.

    - Just watched a movie with Dolph Lundgren, he seems blondish, but with darker eyes – is this the combo that people are saying they have not seen? I have seen a lot of English and Dutch natural blondes with the blond hair / brown eye combo.

Blond hair with brown eyes or brown hair with blue eyes are both attractive combinations. I might have a slight preference for the latter, based on my own aesthetics.
However, facial features, cranial morphology and skin-tone are what is important for distingushing racial origins, imo.
