According to Loki, I'm Brünn too. I seem to be in lovely company!

VÄRING, you seem to know a lot on this subject. I was wondering what the 'Göta type' looks like. Pehaps you could add a few photos of this type?

    Thanks in advance

The Göta typ is the same as the Hallstatt Nordic, as far as I know.

Sure, no problem. I'm not Göta myself, but most of my ancestors are Götatyper.

Do you think that he is Gotatyp? He looks too robust too me and is perhaps more of a Faelid or Brunn type.

Certainly not. I think he is a text book example of Irish Brünn.

OK, I misunderstood your post then. Again, I think that he is Brunn (Faelid perhaps) as well.... Thanks.

A massive chin, and huge browridges would be out of place on a Gotatypen. Hallstatt and Gotatypen are different in their descriptions. Hallstatt has significant Battle-Axe (Corded) which made their skulls longer, and less wide. Gotatypen has less Corded in their formation. -smil
