Some good news for Germans and the Dutch and some bad news for Germans and the Dutch

The good news is that Germans and the Dutch have as low level of the East-Asian admixture as Russians do.

The bad news is that when it comes to "NOR" Germans and the Dutch occupy the intermediate position between Northern Europeans and Italians, so their "NOR" component is below 60%, not very far from Iberian 48%.

    AncestrybyDNA?

Their studies assess relations between populations rather than factual genetic make-up.

It all depends how German or Dutch is defined. They are both countries with large populations and in the crossroads of recent and ancient migrations. Scandinavians have always been more isolated because few Europeans have willingly settled so far north. The Northern people pushed south.

Individuals must test themselves. Nations are essentially artificial creations.

What is meant by "as low" Russians have among the highest East-Asian admixture among Europeans. East-Asian admixture follows an East West gradient.

As for the "NOR" what makes it such a good test for "Nordishness"?
Phenotypically The Dutch and Germans are way more "Nordish" than Iberians.

    No, it doesn't.

The "NOR" frequency is correlated with blondism.

Germans and the Dutch are significantly more Nordish than Iberians.

Russians have among the highest East-Asian admixture among Europeans.

    No, it doesn't.
East Asian Admixture does follow a basic East West Gradient. It's only logical. The Mongols and Huns never reached Western Europe.

The "NOR" frequency is correlated with blondism.
Blondism doesn't equal "Nordishness". Finns have the highest frequency of blondism yet they are by no means the most Nordish of peoples.

    False.

    You're delusional.

The Mongols and Huns never reached Western Europe.
    They did.

    Blondism doesn't equal "Nordishness".
You have brown eyes and dark hairs?

It depends how you define more or less Nordish. For your information though, Western Estonians and Southwestern Finns have the fairest hair with even many adults who retain their childhood white-blonde hair. Easterns Finns are really not that fair-haired. As an example Central Russians are for sure lighter-haired than Eastern Finns in Savolax land.

    1. It's usually accepted that Vepses have the fairest hair
    2. Eastern Estonians are fairer than Western Estonians
    3. Savolax (Eastern) Finns are fairer than SW Finns
    4. Central Russians are darker than all of the above
    5. White blonde hair is very rare (just a few percent)
    6. But the difference is not really drastic taking into account all light shades
