    I do not know about the Vepses but your statements go against my sources for Estonians and Finns. From what I know Central Russians do not have much darker hair than Central Swedes but the eyes are darker.

    5. White blonde hair is very rare (just a few percent)
    6. But the difference is not really drastic taking into account all light shades

    How do they count white blond children that lose their pure "white blond" hair during their teen or young adult years? Many light blonds and reds make more melanin as they age and have light to medium brown hair during middle adult years. You have to have a good working knowledge of genes to classify these gradual changes with aging.

    I'm surprised this thread wasn't deleted from the start. The guest did not give his/her source or define this 'NOR' component. Meaningless.

    @LdyPrussia

    My curiosity in classification errors, is the idea I might be called Keltic or North Atlantid, just because of the darkening tones, but maybe somebody might say Tydal. I don't sunburn so bad as I did as a youth. Between the hair of Dad and I, ours was platinum/almost clear or see-through to golden and shiny out of the womb. Over the years, it's darkened on the scalp, but the highlights are still there, especially everywhere else, around the face and body, with rufosity at times. This is from our brunette mothers, who nevertheless, have their own highlights. Once I got my own ginger-blonde wife, our own children's hair and overall complexion was restored to that of my grandfather (who had a blonde mother) and the appearance that faded in Dad and I.

    Despite the variations of coloration, all four generations of males share the same face and body morphology, which seems to be Hallstatt Nordid at core, but with very obvious UP features, like large skull with a vertical forehead (none of my hats fit if I don't get a military haircut), very wide shoulders and long torso (XXLT shirt), large feet (13W US men's) and high birth weight (9 lbs. 14 oz.) and length (21.5 in.). My firstborn caused a fourth-degree tear and it repeated the second birth, followed by a C-section rather than a third shoulder-induced tear. Maximum height is between 5 ft. 11 in. to 6 ft. 3 in. and maximum weight is around 190-240 lbs. I'm wondering if we're Borreby as my grandfather was classified before, or maybe "Nordeby"--whatever that is represented by on the Society For Nordish Anthropology.
