Anyone have any links to information on how to change a PDF file to a bitmap file? Do you have to scan a printout of the PDF file?

If you have photoshop then you can just load the PDF like a image (you can even select a certain page) and save it as a Bitmap.
With Paint Shop Pro it's possible too!Originally Posted by CanadianWhite

I can make you a html out of every PDF within seconds
The following is a trick well known to old MS-DOS expert users, stil working nowadays with Windows. It's not a perfect solution, but it may help in many cases; it works with any program and kind of file, not only pdf:
1 ) Open the document and ensure that the image you're interested in is fully viewed on the screen.
2 ) Press the key named "Print" on your keyboard, it's usually near the "f12" key; now you've just taken a snapshot of your pc's screen.
3 ) Open either the Microsoft Photo Editor or the Paint Program.
4 ) Go to edit > paste (as a new image). Now you should find the whole previous screen imported in the program that you choose; you can edit it and take the image that you need (cut and copy in a new Paint or Photo Editor document).
P.S.
I apologize for my not perfect English: though I am 50 % English and 50 % German-Nordic (that is in my case a mixture of mostly German, +British + Danish +.... genes), I have been living since childhood in a Country in South - Europe.
