    Mastermind, yes. Open leader, no.
All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream at night, in the dusky recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams, with open eyes, to make it possible.

Where is the test? I don't think I am a leader, more of a consultant.

    How to get your results:

If you have answered YES in questions 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, add 1 point to your score for each one of these questions.

If you have answered NO in questions 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, add one point for each question to your total score.

If your total score is above 8 points, you are fully qualified as/have the ability to be a leader.

If your score is between 4-8 points, do not take the risk and responsibility of becoming a leader. First do your honest self-criticism. Do not forget that you first have to become a good sailor in order to become a good captain.

If your score is below 4 points, you are by nature more inclined to obey rather than command. But this should nt stand as a burden to your future success. You are not born to lead, but that does not mean your are born to be a slave..
