I don't know, but it looks like it. After travelling around in nothern France a couple of years ago I found the most of them to be Sub-nordics or some form of Atlantids.
She very well could have a little Med. blood too.
I'd say she looks perhaps slightly Breton(Celtic) or Parisian (Frankish) with maybe a little blood from Provence or that southern region (more Romance influenced region). So I'd say either predominantly Celtic or Germanic with perhaps some Southern European blood. Though with that picture its hard to tell.
Normandy is for the most part Nordic(due to the Viking settlements) and has enough Nordic blooded people in it to be able to be up there in the rankings of "nordic characteristic" countries such as the Netherlands and Denmark. Where as Breton (northwest) is Celtic for the most part. But I'd say yes most of northern France is so, though cannot forget the Gaul blood that still exists there.isn't most northern French Sub-Nordics?
