    But where's the quiz: "what does your favorite candy say about you?" to go with it? hmm? C'mon LadyG, y'know you want to make one! hehehehe :-D
    You must like Crackerjack! They got a prize.;-)
    Turman found a copy of The Graduate, and thought highly enough of the story that he made a movie he considered to be 90-percent faithful to the book.

    But Turman and director Mike Nichols made one key adaptation, changing the Braddocks from WASP-y blonde characters into a dark-haired, more ethnic-looking family.

    Yeah, but not like Kinder Surprise! The other day I bought a GIANT kinder surprise and in it was a toy of a Smurf in a hot air balloon. It's fun to put them together too! My dream job is to design those toys....*sigh* Hahahaha look how excited I am about those silly things *blush*

    I don't think we have those Kinder Surprise candies here (TX). As for design studios I had the chance to visit one once. These guys designed toys like laser pistols among other things and had examples of their work all over the walls. Looked like a fun job...trouble is, for probably every opening there is a million applicants.:-(

    Awwww that sucks!!!! :-(

    Check this out:

    (I have the spartan ship and one of the "pots and pans" type "Characters") :-D

    Well, here's something sad about Canada (Shoko bons=incredibly tasty):

    "Schoko Bons are not sold individually in Canada and can ONLY be purchased in the Kinder Mix package that has been labeled with an Allergy Alert warning. Schoko Bons are not produced in the same plant as Kinder Surprise and Kinder Maxi Surprise."

    But it's a reason to look forward to holidays! :-D hehe!

    I like Pez, especially the lemon flavor. I have a little collection of the dispensers in my "junk drawer." Also Swedish Fish and Haribo Gold Bears (don't even bother with fake gummi bears, only the original German-made Gold Bears are worthy). Botan Rice Candy is a Japanese cube of chewy glutenous rice covered in an edible wrapper, it sounds gross but it's yummy and comes with weird stickers.

    My favorite candies of all time are called "Flying Saucers," (above) it's a weird little hollow rice wafer filled with sprinkles. Really expensive for some reason and very hard to find, probably because I'm the only weirdo who loves them.

    And all my youth passed by sad-hearted,
    the joy of Spring was never mine;
    Autumn blows through me dread of parting,
    and my heart dreams and longs to die.

    - Nikolaus Lenau (1802-1850)

    Real misanthropes are not found in solitude, but in the world; since it is experience of life, and not philosophy, which produces real hatred of mankind.
