    Gay is a desease.
Studies have shown that it is highly influenced by genetics.

If it were genetical homosexuals would have died out long ago.
And all my youth passed by sad-hearted,
    the joy of Spring was never mine;
Autumn blows through me dread of parting,
and my heart dreams and longs to die.

    - Nikolaus Lenau (1802-1850)

Real misanthropes are not found in solitude, but in the world; since it is experience of life, and not philosophy, which produces real hatred of mankind.

Several people have tried to prove it. Unsuccessfully so far. All we have are several theories.

    Post Re: Are you gay?

I think most men get sexually turned on by a beautiful face or body, period. On a Kinsey scale of attraction, that would mean they fall somewhere in the middle between exclusively hetero-attracted and exclusively homo-attracted.

I think the Christian family structure (and many others) channel any homosexual attractions into friendships, alliances, etc - rather than sexual relationships. Ancient Greece or Rome had different ways of socially structuring these behaviors.

The modern gay agenda creates a new social identity based on exclusive male homosexual activity and a kind of perpetual male-adolescent lifestyle. It's a good demonstration of how women balance (straight) men out and make them socially acceptable.

I am not a gay. I don't care what others believe. Usually when a Greek want to insult an other person calls him as a gay, I do the same. By the way all males have some female nature inside them, it's the tenderness.

    I am homophobic though ...

Can't the same be said of the Mentally Ill? The reason Homos have surived is that most Homos have not been exclusively homosexual. There is a significant number of Homos who still feel attracted to Women though they are more attracted to men.

    Prove it.
All human behaviors are influenced by Genetics why is Homosexuality an exception?

The modern gay agenda creates a new social identity based on exclusive male homosexual activity and a kind of perpetual male-adolescent lifestyle. It's a good demonstration of how women balance (straight) men out and make them socially acceptable.
What do you mean by women balance straight men out and make them socially acceptable? Can't you say Men balance straight women out and make them socially acceptable?

I don't think Heteros will ever be in need of Social acceptance as nature dictates that they will always be in the Majority.

I think most men get sexually turned on by a beautiful face or body, period. On a Kinsey scale of attraction, that would mean they fall somewhere in the middle between exclusively hetero-attracted and exclusively homo-attracted.

I agree. Everyone knows the difference between asethically pleasing features and the opposite. It's how they react to them that is different. I saw a study once on PBS that states the difference between Straight men and gay men is that when Straight men look at attractive faces of other males the brain region that controls sex(hypothalumus) is relatively inactive while in gays it is frenzied.

Personally I think being Gay or Not is Genetic. And all the shades inbetween are also controled by Genetics. That some men are Purely and Absoutely Hetero others Bisexual and others Exclusively Homosexual.

I think someday Eugenics will be able to Elimate Homosexuality altogether and therefore create a more Cohesive society.

Just for the Record I am straight as an Arrow.

    Not necessarily.

(male) Homosexuality has been postulated to fellow an X-linked inheritance pattern by which the gene would be inherited through the maternal line. Therefore, a male inheriting the gene which produces homosexuality or makes one susceptible to homosexuality (after all, homosexuality is influenced by environmental factors as well) may not reproduce, his female sibling who also inherited a copy of the gene could.

    Prove it.
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...tool=iconabstr

"The family trees of 16 homosexual males are evaluated in the material of their Genetic Counselling Clinic. The familial cluster of three cases corresponded to the X-linked recessive inheritance. The results of family, twin and adoption studies are reviewed and the recent findings of molecular genetic and brain researches are summarised. Male homosexuality comprises of different subgroups, but one major entity is caused by X-linked recessive gene(s). This genetic background represent a predisposition which is triggered or suppressed by external factors."

    http://www.nuffieldbioethics.org/pub...0000001033.asp

    Male homosexuality

"10.9 Bailey and Pillard found that 52% of the MZ co-twins of male homosexual twins were also homosexual or bisexual.(7) For DZ male twins, this fell to 22%, which suggests that genetic factors may be influential. The researchers estimated the heritability of male homosexuality and bisexuality to be between 0.31 and 0.74. Analysis of the various models of the possible influences on sexual orientation developed by the researchers showed that genetic influences were always statistically significant, while non-shared environmental influences were sometimes significant, and shared environmental influences were never significant."
