The coin you posted depicts the profile of his father Hamilcar Barca, though seems to possess similar morphology nevertheless.

    Hamilcar Barca

This depiction suggests Hannibal's phenotype was influenced by some sort of Taurid type. He shares physical traits common among the ancient peoples of Thrace and Macedonia. He and his father both seem to have been of Dinaric-Mediterranean type.

    Scipio Africanus looks Gracile Med.

Not sure about Hannibal. I guess mostly Med of some sort +Turanid. Scipio looks closest to a Keltic Nordic to me, typical of Roman patricians.

    Hannibal.

In this sculpture looks basically Mediterranid:

Publius Cornelius Scipio from the patrician gens Cornelia. Italic descent.
With such background and according to the most realistic sculture of him I guess Nordid with perhaps slight Dinarid admixture, (I was thinking about Mediterranid but such a thin lips are more common among Nordids in my opinon, he had a prominent occiput aswell). So basically I agree with GŘnther's classification in "Rassengeschichte des hellenischen und des r÷mischen Volkes":

"With the miscegenation vary as much the form as the essence of the nations".

Don't you think Scipio is too gracile for the average Nordid? I was first thinking of Gracile-Mediterranid with Dinarid admixture. Do Gracile Nordids exist the same way Gracile Meds do? or are they a depigmented Nordid/Gracile-Med blend?

Re: Classify eternal enemies: Anibal and Scipio

Mario Pescante has thin lips yet this doesn't compel me to assume it was a direct result of Nordic influence.

"...head of medium size, long-oval in shape with parallel sides; his face is small and delicate, with only slight bony ridges over the eyes. The upper part of his face is large in proportion to the lower part, so that when he is old his nose looks large for his jaw. Of all human being the Mediterranean has the most human, the most highly evolved, masticatory apparatus. His teeth are small, and so are the muscles that operate his jaw." ~ Carleton S. Coon.

If we consider Coon's take on the Mediterranean race and the example he presents, we can make a clear distinction from Nordid when examining the skull and facial morphology. The example shown below, when compared to the profile on the right, appears to be of similar type.

The Goeta/Gothic type is a gracile Nordid type found in Sweden. It is a pure Nordid type (derived from the Hallstatt type, I'm assuming) and looks quite like a depigmented Mediterranid, which is exactly what the Nordic race is believed to be by Coon and others. So yes, gracile Nordids exist. Generally the less UP admixture a Nordid specimen has the more gracile it looks. And no, Mediterranid (proper) admixture is not required for a Nordid to be gracile.

    He was a North-African, so South-Cromagnid(Berberid) + Dinarid.

Hmm, his nose looks different in almost every single example
