Thumbs Up Oslo, Stockholm, and Reykjavik (Help!)

A friend and I will be traveling this September to Scandinavia and would very much like some advice on what we should see and do. I know of a few places to go to, but not a whole lot. It would be very helpful to get some tips from people who live there or have at least been to these places.

Things I am interested in: museums, fjords, historical sites, waterfalls and geysers, hot springs, scenic tours. Also, for the evening it would be nice to know of some good bars, clubs, and/or restaurants that we could go to. Here is my itenerary:

September 9th we arrive in Oslo. September 11th we fly to Stockholm and return back to Oslo on the 13th. On the 14th we fly to Reykjavik and then return home on the 17th.

    Thanks in advance!

    Dearest Swedes

I have never been over your way before but I've decided to visit in September. I'm planning on spending a couple of days in Stockholm and then I would like to travel for not much more than an hour to a rural location close to a lake. Does anyone have any recommendations for me?

    Thank you,

    Tabitha.
( Dear mods if this is in the wrong place, sorry!)

I don't think the people you are after are seeing this post. You might try sending them a personal message if they list themselves as Norwegian, Swede or Icelandic.

You may ask "Thulean Imperial Inquisitor". I guess he knows Reykjavik very very well, since he lives there. Just try to send him a PM.
