    Why can skinny guys are stronger than big muscular ones?

    I know there's probably an explanation for this on the web, but for some reason, I haven't found any.

    Why is it that sometimes, skinny guys are stronger than big muscular ones? Is there any way to build up strength without necessary boosting the size of your muscles?

    Does this have anything to do with compound exercise vs isolation, or high rep sets vs low rep sets?

    Am I inventing stuff?

    Strength is only poorly correlated with muscular size. An example is all those 155 pound Bulgarian weight lifters who can clean and jerk 300 pounds.

    But once big muscles mean nothing to you on a personal level, I can tell you, on a personal level, that simply doing a few pushups will add a inch to your arms.

    Well, that depends of the actin and miosin levels, but with my bad english are tooo much hard to explain

    read some stuff about physiology and you will understand
