Post Classify Izzat Ibrahim Al-Douri, Saddam's right hand man

Izzat Ibrahim Al-Douri, Saddam's right hand man. Is this a re-emergence of some old Persian genes, Hittite?

    I doubt that.

He look Armenoid, despite the fair skin and reddish hair. The vault is very high. Frans is better with those types. Perhaps he can add something.

We do not know his ancestry. It could be from Caucasus. Many emigrated to Syria and Iraq.

    ARMENOID ARMENIANS

    Look at FIG.4.

Hittite sculptures depict stocky people with aquiline noses and square faces.
In Azzat's case the face is neither puffy and long like in the typical Anatolian race, it's not overtly long and rather squarish(and not very large in any dimension) with (as I saw on another picture) a horizontal formation of the chin.
The narrow eye crack could hint on a more northerly origin, maybe more Baltid or Baltid-Volgid of inspiration than actual Nordid.
His dome-like head has little to do with the Alpinid forms in the west and I must dismiss also Borreby which is high but somewhat "tilted" like in the Eastern Cromagnids, henceforth it's perfectly Taurid of nature.
On the other hand, if downplayed the Near Eastern earmarks, he could be cousin to this Flemish Sub Nordic(Fig.2):
