The fact that he's wearing a kilt pretty much gives away the fact that he's not Scottish. The only time you'll be likely to see a Scotsman in a kilt is at a wedding.
The only other people you will see wearing them in Scotland are American tourists, while they are stocking up with shortbread, Nessie stuffed toys, and telling the woman at the Genealogy office that his name is MacGregor and could she tell him which house his great,great,great grandfather used to live in!
