I'm scared to death by wasps. I'm a tiny bit allergic --- not badly, just suddenly pass out for a couple of hours if she managed to unleash the poison well enough --- but generally, I'm almost on the verge of panic when a wasp is anywhere near me, that's how bad it is.

But as it so is, as a man you're making a laughing stock of yourself if you display that fear. So what I do is, I look for anything rectangular and hard and play tennis with them, that shows 'em to leave me alone, and I get my wee bit of fun dealing with them.

Now theres a phobia worth having, you wont find me even buying a Japanese vehicle, let alone visit the country!
You won't want to come to Tennessee either lol, some illegal spics are responsible for bringing Velvet Ant/Cow Killers. In Tennessee they used to never be there, same with cobras, but now in the mountains we have cow killers and an unregistered cobra population because some illegal spics and boob heads who liked to keep exotic pets. Pretty bad there when you have spics living in tinnies on the outskirts of someone else family property damaging crops and potentially killing cattle and people.

I have some phobia of large and deep waters.

Why are so many people here and in general afraid of spiders? Is it the big long legs or what? Spiders will just stay in the corner and not bother you.

Cockroaches are what I hate, and rats. They are unclean and come in packs.

That is actually easy to explain. The fear is a left over from a time when our ancestors left in an area where spiders where not so harmless and getting close to them was not a good idea.

To stay ontopic, one of my fears are heights.

I'm slightly afraid of heights (acrophobic), but mainly when, say, standing openly on a tall ladder or something else from which I could easily fall. I've had instances of vertigo when standing atop tall ladders.

I'm not a fan of driving. It seems so unnatural, I get sweaty palms and become dizzy every time.

I have a deathly phobia of spiders. Large, deep waters also freak me out. I don't like not being able to see or feel the bottom.

I have a really strange fear of space aliens... but only the stereotypical little-green-man kind. I am terrified of them! I actually don't know why or when this started. They just creep me out so bad!

I'm the opposite. I want to see one!

There is an episode from the British comedy 'Spaced' where Simon Pegg looks up at the sky and says "C'mon, abduct me!"
While I don't want it to go that far I would still very much love to see one. I have spent many years staring up at the night sky for this very reason.

My biggest fear are recurring dreams where I see dead relatives or friends who are alive and well. While the dream itself is wonderful, it's the waking up from the dream I dread the most.
