personally i think the early 30s or perhaps the very late 20s would be a good time.

The early twenties are when a woman is at the peak of fertility. Waiting past age 30 to have children is a bad idea, as the eggs are lower quality.
Depending on the quality of the relationship, the emotional maturity and the couple's financial state, I'd say 25 is a good age for the female to get pregnant. Teenagers and 20-year-olds are too immature and self-involved to have children, but so are many adults. There should be a personality and IQ test associated with allowing reproduction.![]()
I think 20-25 is the best age to get kids.
For me it is, I want a big aryan family, and I always dreamed about 6 kids!!
I haven`t got kids yet lol, but we`re collecting money right now!
My bf wants 6 too!

What is the ideal age for women to begin having children?
This is a multiple choice poll to allow inclusion of age ranges if people so desire.

My answer would vary for differing cultures, times throughout history, economic situations, social situations etc... but in the context of best age for starting a family in 1st world, modern day countries, my vote is for 19-24 yrs old.
I read somewhere that the age of peak fertility is 24yrs, and thereafter it declines to the point where by 38 a woman has not a very good chance of falling pregnant naturally, without the aid of assisted contraception (IVF, clomid, IUI etc). I can't remember the exact stats, but it was quite shocking I recall just how quickly fertility declines after the age of 24.
I chose the 24 - 30 age range. Of course, this is just very general but I think this is around the time that most women I know have things start to "fall into place" in their lives in terms of marrying a good man, having a stable income, etc.
Going by this age range, things should start to fall into place for me in just another year; it doesn't look like things are going to happen quite that quickly, so I'll probably need a couple more years.I feel like I've been emotionally ready for children for a while now actually, but I haven't found the ideal man so it'll be a while yet. All I have now is to dream...

I definitely agree with you! I would've chosen the early 20s too if I hadn't been thinking of the financial concerns that burden me and most I know... I would've loved to have had a baby even just a few years ago, but I would've never been able to afford it (this is, of course, if I'd found the ideal husband). It's scary to that I'm going to be 24 in just another nine months...![]()
