Cool Malaysian PM Criticizes Jewish Power

The Malaysian Prime Minister, Dr. Mahathir, busted on world Jewry at a conference this week.

    http://www.cnn.com/2003/WORLD/asiapc...hir/index.html

    Some choice tidbits:

'"But today the Jews rule the world by proxy. They get others to fight and die for them," he said.'

'"They invented Socialism, Communism, human rights and democracy, so that persecuting them would appear to be wrong, so that they can enjoy equal rights with others," he said.'

'"With these they have gained control of the most powerful countries and they, this tiny community, have become a world power."'

Another good point he made: 'Mahathir said for too long Muslims have mistakenly believed Islam rejected new technology and progress.'

Jews rule the world - Mahathir

Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad has called on Muslims to use brains as well as brawn to fight Jews who "rule the world".
However, Dr Mahathir also called on Muslims to build their military might.

"The Europeans killed six million Jews out of 12 million. But today the Jews rule this world by proxy... 1.3 billion Muslims cannot be defeated by a few million Jews," he said, speaking at the opening of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference in the Malaysian administrative capital Putrajaya.

Dr Mahathir, who is renowned for using such conferences to make scathing attacks on the West, bows out as prime minister in a week's time after a 22-year rule.

"This tiny community has become a world power. We cannot fight them through brawn alone. We must use our brains as well," the prime minister said.

He said that 50 years of fighting had only worsened the situation for Palestinians and urged engagement in negotiations.

"The Koran tells us that when the enemy sues for peace we must react positively. True the treaty offered to us is not favourable. But we can negotiate - the Prophet did," he said.

The OIC brings together 57 nations home to one billion Muslims

However, he also urged Muslims to match their religious studies with mathematics and science, because "we need guns and rockets, bombs and warplanes, tanks and warships for our defence".

He told the conference that Jewish "arrogance" meant that they would "forget to think".

"They are already beginning to make mistakes. And they will make more mistakes. There may be windows of opportunity for us now and in the future. We must seize these opportunities," he said.

    New challenges

The OIC brings together 57 national leaders representing more than a billion Muslims worldwide.

This week's conference is the first time the group has met since the 11 September attacks.

The US-led war on terrorism is dominating the meeting's agenda.

The leaders will also discuss their stance towards the American occupation of Iraq.

However, notice him ignorantly spouting the Holocau$t "6 million" lie -- and thus unknowingly and unconsciously supporting the Jewish agenda and interests.

The Muslim world (and us) must tackle the Holocau$t phantasms if we're to have any success. That's what world Jewry fears most. That's why it's illegal in most western countries to question any aspect of the official Nuremburg narrative. What kind of "truth" needs this type of legal protection? You can question the existence of God, but not of the magical gas chamber at Auschwitz -- and that's an indication of the type of power (and arrogance and effrontery) the Jews have in this world (and what they think of themselves).

    Post Malaysian PM

Perhaps PM Mahather is using the 6 million figure as wishful thinking. A very Anti-Zionist spoke to me once who accepted the 6 million figure, hoping it was true and saying it was the best thing Hitler ever did.

It took a lot of courage for PM Mahather to say what he did. Somehow, we should find a way to reach out to the one billion people who see the Zionists as we do, kings without clothes.

    Correction: Jews, not "Zionists".

Malaysian PM Repeats Charge About Jews

    Tuesday October 21, 2003 1:31 PM

    By DENIS D. GRAY

    Associated Press Writer

BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) - Despite criticism by President Bush and other world leaders, an unrepentant Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad repeated his charge that Jews control the world.

In an interview published Tuesday with the Bangkok Post, Mahathir stood by his earlier statements on Jews and said the global reaction ``shows that (Jews) do control the world.''

``Israel is a small country. There are not many Jews in the world. But they are so arrogant that they defy the whole world. Even if the United Nations say no, they go ahead. Why? Because they have the backing of all these people,'' Mahathir was quoted as saying.

Mahathir, who retires at month's end after 22 years as the leader of mainly Muslim Malaysia, often makes acerbic speeches against globalization and U.S. policy in the Middle East.

He triggered an uproar last week at a summit of Islamic countries by stating that ``Jews rule the world by proxy. They get others to fight and die for them.''

That led Bush to pull him aside at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting to say the remarks were ``wrong and divisive,'' a White House spokesman said.

A senior Malaysian official said Bush's personal rebuke of Mahathir, considered a senior statesman in Asia, was disrespectful.

``I consider Bush's action rude, as though he wants to determine what and how a person should speak and say something,'' Rais Yatim, Malaysia's de facto law minister was quoted as saying in Kuala Lumpur by the Malaysian news agency, Bernama.

And Mahathir rejected Washington's version of events, saying there had been no telling off by Bush.

``He did pull me aside, in order to explain to me why he made such a strong statement against me,'' Mahathir said at a news conference here at the close of the APEC summit. ``Certainly, he did not rebuke me. After that, we were walking practically hand-in-hand. How do you say a person is rebuking another person if our relations are that good?''

The issue trailed Mahathir to the summit.

White House press secretary Scott McClellan quoted Bush as telling the Malaysian leader face to face that , ``It stands squarely against what I believe in.''

After Mahathir's latest comments published Tuesday, Australian Prime Minister John Howard said, ``any attempt to divide this world according to religious affiliation is the last thing we want.''

``We want Jews and Christians and Muslims of goodwill cooperating,'' Howard told a news conference.

The thrust of Mahathir's address last week, made at the Organization of the Islamic Conference in Kuala Lumpur, was that the world's 1.3 billion Muslims had been outmaneuvered by ``a few million Jews'' and needed to give up violence and think hard about greater unity and improved education to defend their interests peacefully.

Mahathir said in the Bangkok Post interview that his remarks had been taken out of context, noting that in his speech he had urged Israelis and Arabs to stop killing one another.

``In my speech I condemned all violence, even the suicide bombings and I told the Muslims it's about time we stopped all these things and paused to think and do something that is much more productive,'' he said. ``That was the whole tone of my speech, but they picked up one sentence.''

Thumbs Up More Mahathir Mohamad quotes

    'Europeans greedy warmongers'

Kuala Lumpur - Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad launched a vitriolic attack on the European race on Thursday, accusing them of warmongering, indiscriminate attacks on Muslims, greed and sexual deviancy.

Europeans, including "those who migrated and set up new nations in America, Australia and New Zealand", wanted "to control the world again", he said.

Predicting that he would be condemned as a "racist", the veteran Southeast Asian leader said he was "not anti-European. I have many friends and acquaintances who are Europeans".

"They are very clever, brave and have an insatiable curiosity," he said.

But "unfortunately they are also very greedy and like to take forcibly the territories and rights of other people."

In an obvious reference to the recent war on Iraq he said "they have demonstrated that they are ready to invent false allegations in order to go to war to kill children, old people, sick people", considering them "mere collaterals" who cannot stand in the way of their objectives.

Mahathir was speaking at the annual congress of his ruling United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) for the last time before retiring in October after 22 years in power.

The leader of a moderate Muslim government, Mahathir said the September 11 2001 terrorist attack on the United States was "an excuse for the Anglo Saxon Europeans to return to their old violent ways.

"Their strategy to fight terrorism is through attacking Muslim countries and Muslims, whether they are guilty or not."

Just over a year ago Mahathir was invited to the White House to be thanked personally by President George W Bush for his support in the war on terrorism, but his strong opposition to the war in Iraq has seen relations sour.

Mahathir said Europeans also wanted to impose their cultural values on the world, including "unlimited freedom for the individual" and "the practice of free sex including sodomy as a right".

"Marriage between male and male, between female and female are officiallly recognised by them. What we call incest is not regarded as serious by them.

"The culture and the values which they will force us to accept will be hedonism, unlimited quest for pleasure, the satisfaction of base desires, particularly sexual desires. Our way of life must be the same as their way of life. Asian values do not exist for them."

    ---

    'Too much freedom is anarchy'

Kuala Lumpur - Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad warned that too much freedom could lead to anarchy as he defended his democratic record on Thursday during his last appearance in parliament ahead of retirement.

Under questioning by opposition MPs, Mahathir said controls such as the detention without trial of terrorism suspects and the banning of communists from elections were essential to maintain democracy.

The prime minister, who retires Friday after 22 years in power, said that while the government believed in free speech, it also had to ensure that racial sentiments in Malaysia's multicultural society were not inflamed.

"If an individual or a small group tried to incite a (race) riot they are actually rejecting democracy and the right of the majority.

"That is why actions that seem undemocratic towards the indivudual or the minority need to be taken to protect real democracy," he said.

"Anarchy can take place because of an obsession with democratic freedoms. The belief that if democracy is implemented then everything will be well has no basis, especially if democracy is imposed immediately."

Mahathir said it had taken Western countries nearly 200 years to reach their current level of liberal democracy, but they were still not free of problems such as political corruption and the manipulation of power.

    The rights of the majority

They had also "linked individual and minority freedoms to democracy, until they forget the rights of the majority."

Harking back to one of his familiar complaints about what he sees as Western decadence, he said some countries "are too free, until everything being done is accepted as a right. The practice of homosexuality is accepted as a right and same sex marriage is legitimised."

When a member of the hardline Islamic Party (PAS) opposition suggested that Malaysia in fact practised the "tyranny of the majority" and was simply afraid of losing power, Mahathir pointed to PAS's presence in parliament as a sign that the opposition "enjoy many priviliges."

He said his United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), the lynchpin of the ruling coalition, was not afraid. "We win with a huge majority every time."

Mahathir's chosen successor, Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, will face an election within a year, with a key element being the struggle between UMNO and PAS for the votes of the Muslim majority.

    The West are 'primitive killers'

Kuala Lumpur - Western leaders were accused of being primitive killers using the war on terrorism as a pretext to dominate the world, as the 116-nation Non-Aligned Movement summit opened here on Monday.

The charge was laid by an impassioned Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, who takes over as chair of the organisation of developing countries.

"It is no longer just a war against terrorism," the veteran southeastern Asian leader told the opening session. "It is, in fact, a war to dominate the world."

In a vitriolic attack about the threat of war against Iraq, Mahathir compared the political and military leaders of the world's great powers unflatteringly with suicide terrorists.

While the terrorists died as they attacked, "the great warriors who press the buttons see nothing of the mangled bodies, the heads and limbs which are torn from disemboweled bodies, the blood and the gore of the innocent people.

"And, because they don't see, the button-pressing warriors and the people who commanded them go back to enjoy a hearty meal, watch TV shows or morale-boosting troop entertainers and then retire to their cosy beds for a good sleep."

    His last world platform

Even for a man known for his outspoken views, it was an astonishing performance.

It was obviously designed to set the tone for a summit expected to condemn any attack on Iraq without the support of the United Nations security council.

Mahathir, whose chairmanship of NAM provides him with his last world platform before he retires in October after 21 years in power, pledged "to work vigorously to oppose war including the war against Iraq".

He said war was "primitive", adding: "Unfortunately, thousands of years after the stone-age we still measure the greatness of a nation by the capacity to slaughter the greatest number of people."

Mahathir, who was invited to the White House in May last year by President George W Bush as a token thanks for his support in the US-led war on terror, pointed to Israel's treatment of Palestinians as a major cause of the September 11, 2001, attacks on New York and Washington.

"It is not religious differences which angered the attackers of the World Trade Centre.

"It is simply sympathy and anger over the expropriation of Palestinian land, over the injustice and the oppression of the Palestinians and Muslims everywhere."

Mahathir said double standards applied by the West to the terrorism committed by Palestinians and "the more terrifying acts of the Israelis" is what "infuriates Muslims, infuriates them to the extent of launching their own terror attacks".

And in a scathing reference to the use of the word "collateral damage" to describe civilian deaths in Western military operations, he likened the 3 000 who died in the September 11 attacks to innocent people killed in the retaliatory war in Afghanistan and sanctions on Iraq.

Mahathir said the world was now in a worse state than during that period, saying that "since September 11 the rich and the powerful have become enraged with the poor half of the world."

I agree with him, although the morality he talks about is not European but Jewish values which have been forced on us and that we now consider our own, unfortunately.
