Please note that the so called western gene HG1 is present in the part-Mongol Turkomen at a very high level. It's also seen in such mixed groups as Dungans, Kazaks and Uyghurs, and even in the Mongols proper.
The same thing can be said about the Indo-European marker HG3. It's found in the Mongols and all the other mixed groups too.
How did these genes get there? HG3 is a Central Caucasoid Asian gene, for sure, so that's understandable...but what about HG1???
